30 Minute Circuit Workout To Lose Fat Fast

Dividing the workout regimen on the basis of body parts is an age-old technique to lose fat fast. Dedicate 4 to 5 minutes of exercising on the chest, legs, shoulders, arms individually adding up to 30 minutes. Some of the workout exercises are as follows:

  • Chest-Chest press, barbell bench presses , dumbbell presses, dips, and incline bench cable fly are specifically designed to work on building the chest and arms.
  • Legs- Leg press machines, hack squat, Romanian deadlift, dumbbell lunges, leg curl, and leg extensions are exercises that will build and shape leg and calf muscles.

Add on the barbell deadlift, wide grip pull up, standing t-bar row, reverse grip smith machine row, and close-grip pull-down and these exercises will add shape to your back and improve your posture.
  • Biceps- A machine preacher curl, hammer curl, dumbell curls, and barbell curls will stimulate your biceps and build tone.
